Gen-Three has many warehousing and storage spaces available within our 300,000 square foot facility located near I-94 and US-127 in the city of Jackson, Michigan.

Flexible spacing and pricing to fit each customer’s needs. 

Leasing terms can be temporary for short-term storage or year long for ongoing warehousing. 

Gen-Three customers have been able to store equipment and machinery, seasonal items and use Gen-Three as a distribution hub.

Customers have access to trailer height loading docks and drive-in overhead doors to help manage inventory. 

Gen-Three has climate-controlled space available for lease. 

All spaces within the warehouse have 20 foot ceiling clearance and higher. 

Our Gen-Three property management team is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Customers can access their inventory as needed during normal business hours and accommodations can be made during nights and off hours.
