OUR STORY
Gen 3 Leasing is a 3rd Generation family-owned warehousing and storage company. The company was founded by the Levy brothers, 3rdgeneration owners of Industrial Steel Treating, located across the street. The facility is a 300,000 square Industrial-zoned facility that manufactured Yard-Man lawn equipment for over 50 years. There is a mix of office suites, manufacturing areas and warehouse space. Gen3 is perfect for everyone from start ups looking for room to grow all the way to corporations looking for extra space to house inventory. Our location is conveniently located on the northwest side of the city of Jackson, Michigan. Our facility centrally located in the heart of southern Michigan with easy convenient access to I-94 and US-127, just an hour west of Detroit.
Gen-Three provides full-service storage, warehousing and manufacturing spaces with on-site management and maintenance staff. The over 300,000 square facility formerly housed a large manufacturing company prior to Gen 3 taking over ownership. The well-lit manufacturing and warehousing area has many different-sized options to meet the needs of our customers. Heated or unheated industrial space is available. Our building has office space available on the south end facing W. Ganson Street with professional-looking areas on two floors that can be accessed through interior stairs and elevator. Outside there is ample parking for both visitors and employees.
