Gen-Three’s 300,000 square foot Industrial zoned facility is ready to house your manufacturing company for years to come.  The facility originally housed the Yard-Man lawnmower manufacturing division for over 50 years and is ready to meet your manufacturing program.  These spaces are perfect for a start-up manufacturing company looking to grow!  Our spaces are prepared for use right now with thick concrete floors, high ceilings and city sewer and water.  The Gen-Three property management is onsite Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Manufacturing customers will have access to high-clearance overhead doors and trailer height loading docks.
